PGP Desktop 9.9or 10.0.2(recommended)is required for support of the CAPS Activation Package for PGP Whole Disk Encryption. If you wish to add CAPS support to another version of PGP Desktop, you must upgrade to PGP Desktop10.0.2 and then add the CAPS Activation Package for PGP Whole Disk Encryption. Currently there is no newer version but Symantec is continuously working on providing newer versions to you.
