Two scanning modes are available to repair damaged OST file i.e. Quick scan and advanced scan. Quick scan is for less corrupt OST file and advance scan option is for severely corrupt OST file recovery.Now, the software will perform Quick scanning by default.

After recovery, OST to PST Converter software will generate an instant preview of all OST file components like: Emails, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, Notes, etc.; with its item count. Also, it will display emails in normal mail view with associated attachment preview.

Maintains Meta Data

• Convert OST to PST tool ensures to keep Meta properties like To, Cc, Bcc, sent date, received data etc.; intact. Also, the original formatting of all items remains as original.

Export Selected Items from OST

On saving selective emails or items from the recovered OST file; check or uncheck respective items and click export. Moreover, you can also export whole data in batch.

Export Selective Files / Folder

• Select and check the specific file or folder that you need to export from OST to PST / EML or MSG. The software will only export the folders that are being marked with a check.

Maintains Email Folder Structure

• Software will maintain the internal folder structure of OST file as it is while creating PST file. There will be no changes done in the internal hierarchy of files or folders.

Apply OST Mail Filter

While exporting OST to PST / EML / MSG; you can specify date range to apply mail filters. Thus; you can export & save all email or items within these date range.

Multiple Message Export Options

After recovery of OST data, you can convert the OST file into multiple e-mail message formats like; .pst or .eml or .msg. Each of these formats can further be used in various email archiving applications and email clients like; Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail etc.

Divide PST File by Size

During OST to PST conversion, you can apply the PST split option to break resultant PST file into multiple parts. Specify the size in GB and the software will create several PST files of same size.

Different Naming Options

If you select .eml or .msg format to save the OST file emails then software will provide you an option to choose the appropriate naming convention to save the emails.

Outlook Installation Required

To convert OST into PST, MS Outlook 2003 or above version needs to be installed. The software does require Outlook to export OST to PST format but does not require it to scan or recover OST file.

Get Complete Export Report

After the complete OST to PST conversion; an Export report will get generated by the software. The report will contain the details of exported mailboxes and path of saved files. You can save this report in .csv file format for future reference.
