• New! Data storage (HTML + XAML)- Telerik Data Storage makes it simple to implement offline data storage. It's easy to take advantage of the SQLite database engine and get access to local relational database storage. You can even communicate with the database using C# or JavaScript.
• New! Calendar (HTML + XAML)- designed for touch environments and allows users to select dates, navigate between months and years.
• New! Token Input (HTML)- search and select items among a pre-defined range in a way they're used to on Facebook.
• New! NumericBox (XAML)- easily change numeric values with increment/decrement buttons.
• Grid data editing (HTML + XAML)- new in-place editing supports inserting, updating or deleting data in the RadDataGrid.
• Grid filtering customisation (HTML + XAML)- implement filtering by duration in your booking app. Filtering UI is now available for XAML too.
• Chart pan and zoom (HTML + XAML)- features pan and zoom to help you create navigation between different views for example.
• Sparklines (HTML)- lightweight data visualisation components that are easy to integrate in other data bound control such as grid. Using Sparklines and Grid together helps you show important trends and create meaningful views for complicated data.
• Cascade support for DropDownList and ComboBox (HTML)- easily implement cascading drop-down controls, where the selection in one drop-down will limit the available options in the others.
• TypeScript support (HTML)- provide TypeScript definitions by supporting static typing and API IntelliSense for all RadControls and utility classes.
• New sample demos apps design (HTML + XAML)- updated demo apps with an overall improved UI and user experience.

What's new in Q1'13

• New!Grid for XAML and HTML - RadGrid for Windows 8 is built from the ground up to deliver maximum performance and native look and feel for the Windows Store. The control is in CTP.
• New!AutoCompleteBox for XAML - AutoCompleteBox provides suggestions as you type depending on the data it has been populated with. It comes in handy when your users have to search among long lists of items, e.g. countries or cities.
• Chart Financial Indicators - Candle and OHLC (Open High Low Close) Stick support are coming in the RadChart for Windows 8 HTML enabling you to visualise financial data such as Stock series and indicators.
• Chart Annotations - make a note of trends or observations on your charts. Annotations are notes that you can attach to a specific data point, to the plot area or define them in your very custom way. The feature will be part of RadChart for Windows 8 XAML.
• Chart Empty Values - when you need to display non-continuous data on the chart's plot area you will be able to do so with the out-of-the-box support for Empty Values in RadChart for Windows 8 XAML. Missing values will be represented as gaps.
