• Chart Grouping & Aggregation - The chart now has built-in functionality that provides aggregating data along the x-axis. So now you can group your data by categories, dates or any other custom field on your business object and graph the results in the C1Chart control.
• FlexGrid Incremental Loading - In order to optimize performance you may choose to load subsets of your data as the user scrolls to the end of a list. This is common practice in mobile data lists where data is loaded in smaller increments, and it's now supported in the C1CollectionView and C1FlexGrid control.
• RadialMenu Numeric Dial - The new C1RadialNumericItem enables numeric editing in a radial fashion. Modeled after the OneNote radial menu system.
• Maps Performance - The C1Maps control now uses DirectX to render the map tiles for optimum performance and smooth zooming.
• Calendar Data Binding - You can now more easily bind a collection of special dates to be visualized on the C1Calendar control. The DataSource property is added as well as the BoldedDayTemplate to define the appearance.
• Accessibility Support - Making your Windows Store app accessible is making the user interface more usable by people with limitations. This includes support for screen readers and high-contrast themes for users with visual impairments. ComponentOne Studio for WinRT XAML supports the Microsoft UI Automation framework and has support for high contrast themes.

• Richtextbox enhancements - you can now print documents from the C1RichTextBox control using standard Windows printing techniques.
• Radialmenu enhancements - you can now add color selection with the C1RadialMenu control.
• Drag-and-drop treeview - the C1TreeView control now supports drag-and-drop operations within the tree.

• Visual Studio 2013 and Windows 8.1 Preview support - this version supports targeting Windows Store apps running on Windows 8.1.
• Separated Libraries - this release marks the first time the Studio for WinRT controls are separated into multiple SDKs or libraries. So if you only need to use the C1PdfViewer control, your project will reference C1.Xaml.PdfViewer only rather than the entire Studio for WinRT SDK.
