ActivityScheduler is a Microsoft Windows-based product that enbables complex, interdependent activities to be scheduled to run unattended. Activities can be started anywhere on the network on any Microsoft Windows computer or on OpenVMS or Unix. Job dependencies can be in any combination. Use GUIs to design and manage scheduling policies. It is available in the following Editions:

ActivityScheduler Lite: includes the base product and PC or workstation activity servers. The ActivityScheduler SDK is available separately to enable the inclusion of automation in other products or applications

  • ActivityScheduler Standard: requires that the base product and the required number and type of activity servers are purchased. The license is based on the total number of activity nodes required for each platform.

    • NEW Features in version 3.1-10:

    • The Policy Manager has an optional web interface
    • Custom calendars can be defined to schedule policies
    • SMTP e-mail is available as a notification method
    • Firewall support.
