Licensing

• Vendor License
  Vendor license is offered to Independent Software Vendors (both individuals and companies), who develop and license their end-user software to third-parties. Vendor license corresponds to previously available Standard License.
• In-House License
  In-House license does not include the right to redistribute the products to third-parties. In other words, In-House license is suitable for in-house development and use.
• Web Server License
  Web Server license is required for use of SecureBlackbox components in Web Applications and Web Services, which offer the products' core functionality to third-parties on paid basis. Web Server license can be used on any number of systems in one company/organization. Web Server license includes a Vendor license as well.
• Middleware License
  Middleware license is required for Independent Software Vendors (both individuals and companies), who develop and license their middleware (i.e. software components and modules) to third-parties. Middleware license includes a Vendor license as well.
• Ultimate License
  Ultimate license is offered to the companies, who want to use the products worldwide (i.e. including all subsidiary companies worldwide) for any commercial or in-house purpose including but not limited to redistribution as a part of their end-user software or middleware, web applications and web services. Also Ultimate license offers free upgrades for the lifetime of the product and high-priority Standard support.

Vendor and In-House licenses are offered on per-developer basis and also available as "company licenses", i.e. usable by any number of developers in one company/organization. Web Server license can be used on any number of systems in one company/organization. Web Server license includes a free company Vendor license. Middleware license can be used by any number of developers in one company/organization and includes a free company Vendor license. Ultimate license can be used by any number of developers and on any number of systems in one company/organization, as well as subsidiary companies/organizations worldwide. Also Ultimate license includes a free Web Server and Middleware licenses. Ultimate license offers priority support and lifetime free upgrades to new versions of SecureBlackbox.
