A Person's card creation form allows to input maximum useful amount of information, while it does not require you to fill in all details. Enter the amount of data you deem necessary, important and useful for your work. The possibility to quickly edit sections with the most important information will significantly increase efficiency of your work.

Set an employer of a person, and this person will be linked as an employee to the card of the selected company.

Attach documents of any format related to a person to the Card of this person. This may be CVs, references for the person from previous employers, examples of his/her achievements, pictures and other documents.

Enter results of interviews and reference checks using preset templates.

The list of uploaded documents is conveniently structured and placed under a separate tab of a Person's card.

Add people to lists of candidates of various projects; and all the information related to interviews, tests and status changes of candidates in projects will be accessible under a separate tab of a Person's card. Moreover, it does not matter whether an interview or a test was conducted by the current user or by their colleague; the results will be accessible for cooperative work
