e-mails are logged in a news browser and authorised company personnel
can view the appropriate folders to see exactly what has been
communicated internally and/or externally to a site or customer in
chronological order. Customers still communicate via e-mail without the
need to set up cumbersome or difficult to use web interfaces. The
customer will still send an e-mail to a generic e-mail address and
receive an e-mailed response. The only difference that the customer
will notice is the receipt
of a configurable auto-reply from MiraMail. Sales and support staff
respond to customer e-mails using a preferred news client such as
Outlook Express, Gravity or X-News
